Rio Grande is seeking a marketing data analyst to join our marketing team. The Fun. • Works closely with Product Managers and Marketing Team to define business objectives and requirements for customer and market analysis projects. • Analyzes customer segments and develops customer behavior models to determine driver of high customer lifetime value. • Develops audience criteria and resulting reporting analytics for catalog and outbound e-mail. • Develops analytical methodology to guide campaign strategies to improve multichannel customer communication. • Leverage key insights from analysis and communicate strategic recommendations to drive improvement in customer relationships, customer value and market share.
The Requirements. Must have at least four years of experience working as a marketing data analyst. Strong collaborative and effective communication, project and planning/management skills are a must. In addition, the successful candidate will possess a high level of self-directed initiative and be detail oriented. Must have experience using Microsoft Access and/or SQL. A bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, data analysis, business or a related field is preferred, but directly related analytical experience will be considered. The Reward.
