We operate in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and flexible and will need to work well in a small team environment. The graphic designer will be an integral part of the creative team. He/she will be responsible for the design and production of a diverse range of graphic, print, digital and social media collateral to support marketing needs.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Create online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, including: catalogs, e-mail, direct mail, brochures, flyers, print ads, manuals, banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint presentations and more
Formulate concept and render design
Maintain style guides and ensure brand management throughout all communication
Collaborate with merchants, marketing and other creative production teams
Effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in graphic design or closely related field desired; commensurate experience will be considered
Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash)
Knowledge of video and web production a plus
Knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts and typography
Will be required to present a portfolio and pass an internally administered design skills test
