The Opportunity.

Are you passionate about helping customers and resolving issues? If so, Rio Grande wants to hear from you! Rio Grande is seeking an associate to join our Customer Care team. This person performs necessary functions to support our customers, including resolving customer issues to ensure a win/win outcome.
The Fun.
- Resolving escalated customer issues quickly and accurately.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, Live Chat or email.
- Determining the root cause of issues and working with other internal teams to eliminate them.
- Working independently, as well as within a team structure, to get the job done.
- Making decisions that are win/win.
The Requirements.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and accurate documentation skills are a must. In addition, the successful candidate will have the ability to participate in real-time feedback, as well as an interest in going above and beyond to help customers. The candidate will have excellent organizational and research skills, along with the ability to multi-task. Strong PC skills (including working knowledge of all Windows Operation Systems) and typing skills (55 wpm desirable) are required. A working knowledge of eCommerce, web technologies and customer service experience a plus. Must be able to work a rotating work schedule and be available to work Monday-Friday within a 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. timeframe.
