About the ISDA Team: Rio's Information Systems Development team is made up of creative, highly skilled and accomplished professionals. We develop system tools and processes to create, capture, share and leverage knowledge.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of technologies including: ASP.NET, C#, .NET, SQL Server
Knowledge of object-oriented design techniques
Knowledge of AJAX technologies a plus
Knowledge of eCommerce, search engines, and other internet technologies
Good understanding of source control; experience using MS SourceSafe a plus
Experience using XML technologies
Experience in database development using SQL-stored procedures
Experience using web services, .NET Remoting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities include:
Converting data from project specifications and statements of problems and/or procedures to create or modify computer programs
Compiling and writing documentation for program development and subsequent revisions
Working with appropriate teams and outside resources to obtain and analyze specifications and flowcharts
Coordinating with others to write, test and modify computer programs
Working with team members to purchase and install upgrades or additional modules/services to computer systems
Working with others to resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements and inclusion of internal checks and controls
Creating documentation to guide operational personnel
Analyzing, reviewing and rewriting programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt programs to new requirements
Working with QA or HelpDesk to provide ongoing user training and support
Working with software development teams to develop internal data-driven applications
Participating in design discussion and code reviews as necessary
Working with software vendors to troubleshoot issues with integration software
